Software Engineer Application

This role requires approximately 3-6 hours per week and offers the opportunity to work with our engineering team on high-impact projects.

Position responsibilities include:

Build and ship features for our Silicon Suite - custom internal tools that run our entire operation
Work on donor portals, volunteer management systems, and operational platforms
Develop with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and modern web tech
Collaborate with curriculum and ops teams to integrate tech into programs
Ship code that directly impacts how many families we can reach
Self-host infrastructure and build solutions instead of buying expensive software

No prior experience is required. We run unconventionally - like a tech startup, not a traditional nonprofit. If you want to learn by building real products that matter, apply!
