Operations Coordinator Application

This role requires approximately 10-15 hours per week and offers the opportunity to work alongside other members in our operations and fundraising team.

Position responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with professionals and partners to ensure exceptional volunteer experiences at donor pickups.
  • Plan and manage event logistics including venues, pickups, donations, transportation, and registration
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to coordinate promotional content
  • Complete auditing compliance and training for recording and managing extensive equipment inventory
  • Work closely with executives and team members across departments
  • Attend weekly mandatory committee meetings
  • Identify and contact potential partner organizations for donations
