Operations Coordinator Application

This role requires approximately 6-8 hours per week and offers the opportunity to work alongside other members in our operations team.

Position responsibilities include:

Coordinate device pickups and logistics with donors and partners
Plan and manage event logistics for distributions and workshops
Track inventory and manage equipment records
Help coordinate across NYC and SF regions to ensure smooth delivery
Work directly with donors to schedule pickups and engagement
Collaborate across departments on operational initiatives
Build processes and systems as we scale
Take ownership of logistics challenges with high autonomy

No prior experience is required. This role is the backbone of what we do - you'll have significant autonomy to organize and build. Especially impactful for those in NYC or SF.
