This role requires approximately 10-15 hours per week and offers the opportunity to work alongside other members in our operations and fundraising team.
Position responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with professionals and partners to ensure exceptional volunteer experiences at donor pickups.
- Plan and manage event logistics including venues, pickups, donations, transportation, and registration
- Collaborate with the marketing department to coordinate promotional content
- Complete auditing compliance and training for recording and managing extensive equipment inventory
- Work closely with executives and team members across departments
- Attend weekly mandatory committee meetings
- Identify and contact potential partner organizations for donations
